When you register and use Crew Terminal, we collect the following data:

• —Callsign (display name) — required to identify you to other pilots.
• —Email address — used for account login only; not shared or used for marketing.
• —RSI handle (optional) — the Roberts Space Industries citizen handle you choose to link for in-game identity verification.
• —Listings you post — mission details, ship, activity type, payout, and crew roles.
• —Applications you submit — which listings you applied to and the role selected.
• —Session data — IP address and browser user-agent stored in session records to maintain your login state.

We collect only what is needed to operate the service:

• —Name and email are required to create and authenticate your account.
• —RSI handle is collected solely to verify your in-game identity when you choose to do so. Verification is optional.
• —Session data (IP, user-agent) is retained only while your session is active to prevent unauthorised access.

Your data is stored in a secured database. Authentication follows industry-standard security practices.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party.

When you request RSI handle verification, the server makes an outbound request to the public Roberts Space Industries citizen profile page to check for your verification token. No data is sent to RSI — this is a read-only fetch of a public page.

You have the following rights over your data:

• —Right to access — your profile data is visible on your profile page.
• —Right to rectification — you can update your callsign, password, and RSI handle at any time from your profile page.
• —Right to deletion — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the DANGER_ZONE section of your profile. This removes your account, all listings you have posted, and all applications you have submitted.
